Installation Notes
Test the assembly before you commit to a full install. Reconnect the motherboard and LCD cable, power the phone on, and check that the display and touch respond. If nothing shows up, stop and get in touch before forcing anything into place.
Wear an ESD strap to protect the internal chips from static discharge. Keep the flex cable bend under 90 degrees, since sharper bends can cause a black screen. Wear eye protection and handle the glass carefully, because the edges can cut.
