This is a complete replacement LCD and touch digitizer assembly, already mounted in its frame. You receive the display, touch layer and frame as one unit in black, so there are no loose parts to track down during the swap. Each unit is checked for good condition before it leaves our warehouse.

Installation Notes
Test the new screen before you fully install it. Reconnect the motherboard and the screen cable outside the chassis, power on, and check that the display and touch respond. Only seat it in the phone once the test passes. Wear an ESD strap to protect the internal components from static, and keep the LCD ribbon cable bent under 90 degrees, since sharper bends can cause a black screen. Keep the protective film on until the job is done, and wear eye protection around the glass.
