The Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908B) uses a 6.8″ QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with S Pen support built into the digitizer layer. Screen Replacement Options

We stock three tiers of screen assembly for the Galaxy S22 Ultra:

• TFT LCD — a budget-friendly panel. Does not support the in-display fingerprint sensor, so unlock will need to switch to PIN or pattern.
• OLED — a closer match to the phone’s original display technology, with better colour and brightness than the TFT tier.

How to Choose the Right S22 Ultra Screen

Fingerprint unlock is the first thing to check. If your client relies on fingerprint unlock, the TFT tier will disable that feature — only OLED and Original preserve it. For budget repairs where fingerprint isn’t a concern, TFT is a reliable lower-cost option. For clients who want display quality closer to factory spec, OLED is the middle ground. For warranty-sensitive repairs or genuine-parts requests, Original is the safest choice. This is a technician-recommended installation given the curved-edge display and S Pen digitizer calibration.
