Installation Notes
Test the new screen before fitting it. Connect the display cable to the motherboard outside the case, power on, and confirm the image and touch both work. Only then should you install it. Wear an ESD strap to protect the internal components from static, and wear eye protection since glass splinters can cut. Keep the LCD flex cable under 90 degrees when routing it, because a sharper bend can cause a black screen. Never force the assembly into place.
