The SIM card tray is the small slot that holds your SIM cards and lets the phone read them. When it bends, cracks or stops sliding in, your phone may not detect your network at all. This blue tray is made for the vivo S15e and gives you a fresh slot to get back online.

What you get in the pack
You get a single SIM card tray. It has two SIM slots, so you can keep both of your SIM cards in one tray. It is one tray, not two, so you only need one to make the swap.
Once the new tray is in, it should sit flush with the phone body and slide back in without a fight. If it feels loose, check that the card sits flat in its slot before you push the tray home.
