This flex cable carries the power and volume buttons on the Tecno Spark 8 KG6. It is an OEM part, so it is made to sit in the same spot as the original cable. If your side buttons have stopped responding, or only work some of the time, this is the part that usually needs replacing.

The cable runs along the side of the phone and links the power and volume keys to the main board. When the connection wears out or tears, a press may do nothing at all. Fitting a new cable restores the buttons and lets you control volume, wake the screen and power the phone on and off again.
