The card tray is the small silver drawer that holds your SIM cards and memory card. Without a working tray, your phone can’t see its network or extra storage, and a bent or cracked tray makes the drawer hard to slide in and out.

Tecno Spark 7 KF6 Card Tray Fit
Check the tray against your phone before you swap it. The slots are cut for the KF6 model, so the tray sits flush and the drawer closes evenly. Use this tray if your current one is bent, cracked, or has lost its pins.
Once the new tray is in, put your SIM cards and microSD card back in the slots they came from. Your phone should read them straight away.
