Installation Notes
Before you open the phone, connect the old motherboard, LCD and new screen cable, then power it on to check everything works. If the test fails, stop and contact us rather than forcing the part in. Wear a grounded ESD strap, keep eye protection on, and watch for glass splinters. Keep the flex cable below a 90-degree bend, since sharp folds can tear the ribbon. Work slowly and treat the glass with care.
