Is your iPhone XS refusing to charge, or only charging when the cable is wiggled just right? A worn-out charging port flex is usually the culprit, and this gold replacement ribbon is built to fix it.
What You’re Getting
You get a single charging port flex cable ribbon in gold, designed as a replacement for the iPhone XS. Each unit is checked for good condition before it leaves our warehouse, so you start with a part that’s ready to fit.
Why This Part Works
The charging port connects your phone to power, data transfer, and accessories through one small ribbon. When that ribbon is damaged, nothing else on the board can make up for it. Swapping in a fresh flex brings back a stable connection and lets your phone pick up a charge without fuss.
Installation Notes
Take your time with this one. The ribbon is thin, and the connector sits in a tight spot inside the phone. Work on a clean, well-lit surface, and keep small screws sorted so nothing goes missing. Test before installing by checking the part against your old flex, and wear an ESD strap to protect the logic board from static. Keep the cable’s bend under 90 degrees to avoid cracking the ribbon. If the repair feels beyond your comfort zone, a qualified technician is the safer call.
