Lost the SIM tray, or bent it trying to pop it out with a paperclip? That little metal drawer is easy to damage, and without it your phone can’t read the SIM card.
What You’re Getting
This is a single SIM card tray built for the iPhone XR, finished in rose gold to match your phone’s frame. It holds one SIM card, so it suits handsets set up with a single SIM rather than dual SIM.
Compatibility
Check that your phone is an iPhone XR in rose gold before ordering. The tray is designed for the single SIM slot, so match it to your model’s setup to get a clean fit.
Installation Notes
Power the phone off before you start, and work on a clean, flat surface. Wear an ESD strap to protect the internal components from static. Slide the tray in gently and never bend the cables past 90 degrees, since sharp bends can cause damage inside the phone.
Take your time with the ejector pin and go slowly on the first attempt. Test the SIM detection once the tray is seated before you close everything up.
