Check that the colour and the model match your phone before you order. The keys are made for the Vivo X9 only.

Why Side Keys Fail on the Vivo X9

Side keys wear out over time. A volume button that sticks or a power button that does not press can make daily use frustrating. Swapping in a new set brings back normal button feel and response.

Fitting side keys means opening the phone, so go slowly and keep track of small parts. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, a qualified technician can fit them for you.
