Installation Notes

Swapping a charging port is a delicate job, and a qualified technician is the safest route. If you’re doing it yourself, power the phone down and disconnect the battery first. Wear an ESD strap so you don’t zap sensitive components. Take care with the flex cables and never bend them past 90 degrees, or you may tear the connector.
