Installation Notes
Test the phone before you install anything. Reassemble the board, connect the display cable, power on, and confirm the screen responds. Only then should you seal the glass in place. Wear an ESD strap to protect the internal components, and keep eye protection on because glass splinters are sharp. Don’t bend the LCD cable past 90 degrees, or you risk damaging the connection.
