Installation Notes
Professional installation is the safest route, especially for a camera that sits close to the motherboard. If you’re doing it yourself, power the phone off fully and work on an anti-static mat. Wear an ESD strap so static doesn’t damage the new module. Lift the ribbon connector gently and never bend the flex cable past 90 degrees, or you risk tearing the trace. Take your time and keep track of every screw.
