Installation Notes

Take your time with this one. Warm the rear cover gently with a heat gun on low, then lift it slowly with an opening pick. Clean every old adhesive residue off the frame first, because dust underneath will stop the new strips from bonding.

Work on a clean, well-lit surface and wear an ESD strap to protect the internal components. Test the fit before pressing the cover down for good. Never bend the flex cables past 90 degrees while the back is open.
