- 30-Day Returns: If you change your mind or order the wrong part, you can return it within 30 days.
- 6-Month Warranty: If a part is defective or faulty, we’ll cover it with our 6-month warranty.
30-Day “Changed Your Mind” Returns
This policy is for when the part is perfectly fine, but you no longer need it.
This covers situations like:
- You ordered the wrong part for your device.
- You no longer need the item.
- You simply changed your mind.
How to Make a Return:
- Contact Us Within 30 Days: Email our support team at support@techietoys.co.za. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can get things started.
- Send the Item Back: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service so you can see when it arrives safely.
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm it’s all done!
Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it.
- ✅ Unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition.
- ✅ In its original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
- ✅ Requested within 30 days of delivery.
What isn’t eligible for a “Changed Your Mind” return?
- Parts that have already been installed or used.
- Items returned with missing pieces.
- Any product damaged due to mishandling.
6-Month Warranty for Defective Parts
We stand by the quality of our parts. If you receive a part that doesn’t work as it should, we’ve got your back.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects or faulty components.
- Parts that are dead on arrival (DOA).
- Components that fail during normal use.
What isn’t covered?
This warranty covers quality issues, not problems caused by accidents or incorrect handling. This includes:
- Damage from incorrect installation.
- Physical damage after delivery (e.g., drops or spills).
- Compatibility issues (this falls under our 30-day return policy).
- Normal wear and tear from use over time.
How to Claim Your Warranty:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us at support@techietoys.co.za with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos or a short video are incredibly helpful!
- We’ll Assess Your Claim: Our team will review your claim, usually within 24-48 hours, and provide instructions for the next steps.
- Return the Defective Part: If a return is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so you don’t have to pay for shipping.
- Get Your Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the part, you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund. It’s your call—we just want to make it right.
A quick note: Testing a part to confirm it works does not void your warranty. We want you to be sure everything is working correctly!
